We are seeing extremely slow load times intermittently on our landing pages. Most of the time it will load fast but every so often load times will be extremely slow as in 5-10 seconds.
We currently have Pingdom RUM activated but Pingdom doesn't give you much info on the visitors except browser and country. Even for that they only give you average load times for each and don't let you segment the data and dig in.
Does anyone know of a service that allows you to dig into the data more? Ideally I would like to be able to take all the instances of load-time over say 3 seconds and look at the carrier/isp/geo/city to see if I can identify where the issue might be.
