I'm confuse on what tokens are important to include when creating a new offer.
http://apx.matk.avazutracking.net/iclk/redirect.php?apxcode=xxxx&dv1={model}&dv2={device} &dv3={osversion}&dv4={countryname}&dv5={clickid }
Tested different combinations but can't find a system or a standardize way to it, as of what i know Clickid is a must to be included. How about the rest and any reason of choosing those tokens?
Random question: Having more tokens, will it increase the load time of the URL?
Zenith - are you trying to create a new offer in
If so, you don't need to pass any information back to avazu except the clickid (as you've pointed out). What I do is send the traffic source id as well, just in case the aff network / advertiser doesn't like the lead quality - in some cases they'll tell you which traffic source is the problem and let you keep running that offer if you pause that source.
There were times when I wished I was passing the campaign ID as well - e.g. when an aff network was redirecting visitors to another offer for some unknown reason. When a problem occurs at the aff network, knowing which campaign is associated with the problem can make the detective work much simpler.
In short, I'd recommend passing the traffic source id and campaign id in addition to the mandatory clickid. Anyone else care to chime in?

Thank you Amy for the wonderful sharing, i was initially spoilt with selection. Yeah you got a point that what is important to be included!
Cheers!
