Is this offer URL and tracking pixel correct for Mundo Media and Decisive (10)

Hi,

I'm about to launch my first campaign but want to make sure I've set up everything right before I start burning through my hard earned. I'm using Mundo Media and Decisive.

Here's my offer URL, can someone confirm that it's been prepared right?

Here is my Global Pixel (!?), I've saved it in the 'Server-to-Server' section of my Mundo Media dashboard as it wouldn't save in the 'Regular Pixel' section. Is that right?

Not sure about the Decisive token as I don't use it, but the postback on Mundo is wrong for sure, it's %SUBID2% instead of #s2#

Good to go I'm not sure mate, someone needs to confirm that your Decisive hashtag ( {{{bidhash}}} ) is the correct one and the postback url too.
You're not using any tracker to link Decisive and Mundo ?

Oh and I just saw another mistake in your mundomedia url :

should look like this
http://mmtrkdb.com/mt/x264436494q233t214v2x244/&subid2={{{bidhash}}}

The variable to use is &subid2= not &s2= (never change the affiliate url your network generates for you!), and I don't know what that OFFER is doing there ..


Have you tried asking your MundoMedia AM for help on this matter ?

No I'm not using a tracker mate. I'm using the Mobile Appetiser method to get the hang of the fundamentals. In the instructions there's no mention of a tracker and Caurmen states Decisive can be used as a tracker for this method.

Regarding the offer URL I just copied and pasted what the AM gave me and added the end bit exactly as advised in The Appetiser instructions?

This was the offer URL the AM gave:

(The OFFER is there as I was just substituting my campaign name).

My AM's said the links worked for him but hasn't been overly informative about setting up the postback.

The link your affiliate manager gave you looks correct, it's the OFFER in it that was wrong, may be you meant something like this :

http://mmtrkdb.com/mt/x264436494q233t214v2x244/&subid1=OFFER&subid2={{{bidhash}}}

In any case, that OFFER is useless in the url, you only need to setup subid2 correctly and use it again as %SUBID2% when setting up the postback url.

As for the rest, I'm still unable to help you since I don't know how Decisive's postback work or what the url looks like, hopefully zeno, caurmen or someone with that knowledge will come help you out, shoot an email to Decisive's support in the meantime, you never know

Hey Mehdi, sorry for the delayed response. I was away sunning my self in beautiful Barcelona. Appreciate the help mate, I was getting ready to set up the STM Mobile Tracker to tackle this. Saying that, I think I'll do that sooner rather than later anyway.

How did you work out the postback by the way?
