Visit data was missing when handling click Error

Hi

I created a mobile campaign in Voluum. I then went to mobilephoneemulator.com and entered the Voluum campaign URL as well as ensuring the correct Geo was set up using HMA Pro.

The URL took me to the landing page but when l clicked through (which should have taken me to the offer), l got Error 400 "visit data was missing when handling click. To redirect a click you must go through your campaign URL. Details: referer is empty."

It works fine when l review the campaign within Vollum (goes from lander to offer page)

When i use the Voluum campaign URL from my desktop , it goes from the lander to the offer page absolutely fine. I am a little confused.

Do you have a back button redirect script? That killed it for me

How does the campaign URL look like? When you click from a banner on a traffic source, the URL gets filled with specific info that Voluum then uses. If you go directly to your lander and click, you will receive the same error. It generally means you are missing a token. When you go to your lander it should look something like yourdomain.com/page.html?data_stuff=asidy2387y&more_token_thingie =NoIdeaWhatImDoing.
