actually i'm newbie and need to know does it legal to take others landers, creatives from whatrunswhere , mobile ad scout , etc

That's a good question! Technically, ripping other people's landers and banners may constitute copyright infringement. It's kind of a grey area in our industry. But because everybody's doing it, you could put yourself at a disadvantage by not "borrowing" from other people.

If you're concerned about staying legal, you can always just borrow the designs and styles of the banners and landers you see, but make your own. Or, borrow and modify so that they look different.
