Hiring Media Buyers - Nutra [remote/4wks onsite training]

I've been a member of STM since 2012, and started at 0, and now average above $10k/day. We have a very streamlined system, and internal training program for doing affiliate marketing, and are looking for long-term minded affiliates, who are enabled thinkers, and looking to be a part of, and grow a very large company.

I have paid out over $250,000 in commissions so far this year to my team of 4.

I am not looking for people who are: interested in the next 'shiny object', lazy, unreliable, entitled, overly emotional, fearful of learning HTML/photoshop, satisfied with making 8k/month, etc.

I am looking for people who embrace the freedom of the affiliate lifestyle, are curious about life, are extremely hard-working, are detail-oriented, motivated, driven, and committed to being the best. Its easy to find people who are motivated to learn; I am more interested in finding leaders who want to be a part of building the next billion dollar company.

Here is a recent skype conversation with a media buyer of mine (hes on the left) who came up with a new ad angle that was getting fantastic ROI.

He made over 20k in commissions last month. English isnt his first language.

He didn't know internet marketing a year ago, but after a year as my assistant, and going through my trainings, he's nailing it because...

..of this mentality. This is what I'm looking for.

We are all mainly based in the US, but to be considered I need everyone to fly out to LA and spend 2-4 weeks at the main office here. If you can't do this, don't apply.

Being a part of the team though truly means you will be expected to participate, make friends, and treat everyone else at the company with respect.

We chat everyday with each other and our AM's via Skype.

This is a 100% transparent organization; you are expected to be open and communicative as well.

A major part of the reason I became an affiliate was because I loathed the idea of ever working for a company again.

But what I realized is that I loathed is not receiving what I rightfully earned, and being treated as a number, instead of a human being.

Everything in my company is performance-based, and I am extremely open to partnerships/investing in smart ideas of the people I work with if they've proven themselves capable; I have invested in two companies already of people I have formerly worked with.

Here is an image of a recent trip I took most of my company on to Morocco in May. We spent the week strategizing how we could double conversions, raise conversion rates, get more ads approved, and innovate new types of landing pages.

[UPDATE]

I am NOT hiring people for this position anymore.

I received far too many job applications, and turned all my trainings into an infoproduct teaching people how to do affiliate marketing, and started an affiliate network.

Hi John it's probably fair you mention that this is not typical job listing.

There is a cost of $997 for these media buyers to join this program.
