I have an issue with a campaign or adset where facebook is not updating the clicks (results) properly. What is even more annoying is there has been no traffic in the past 9 hours even though I'm bidding CPM.
I don't believe I am in manual review as I set up a second adset just after midnight and it started getting traffic, which I paused at the time because when I saw it had more traffic than ad set 1, I thought it was blocking it
The real CTR for my first ad is between 6-7%, fb is showing 0.68%
The 6 clicks generated by ad 2 around 9 hours ago are also not being displayed on fb
Has anyone else experienced similar discrepancies? Any tips to avoid this?
Discrepancy of up to 10% between two different systems (FB and yours) is normal, but 6 clicks is really a bit too low IMO to make conclusions about this. You shoul get at least a few hunderd clicks to say something....
I ran 290 clicks more than 24 hours ago but facebook has been very slow displaying this data in their own interface, this morning it was showing 20-30 clicks, right now it is showing 180, still waiting for another 70+ clicks to appear. :|
Stuff like this happens a lot when they are updating their algos. Had something pretty similar happening to me, and got fixed today. (They announced they are changing the way CPC works)
~January-February 2015, when they changed the way they count impressions all my data was wrong for like 2 weeks across 4-5 accounts...
