Need some help here to streamline my offers testing process... Knowing that there are no fix rules on testing offers, would like to hear how the PROs Stacker does it.
Questions:
1) How do you select offers? (apart from high volume recommended by AM) What is the selection process and key things to note like if i want to test more offers ?
2) Do you go direct testing (Banners/Pop to Offers) first before rolling out landing pages at the initial phase to test offers whether does it convert?
3) How many banners to roll in at the start to test on an single/multiple offers? What type of banners to be used ? Can a simple "Download Now" button a good gauge or relevant ads banner for both native and English?
4) Can i lump 3-4 of the similar nature of offers for split testing using the same banners? Should i target single geo or spread across all geo that they have in common for different offers? How much should i set aside of testing offers example: 10 Banners X 4 offers X (Payout offers: 0.27, 0.36, 0.42, 0.48)
5) Should i be focusing more toward culling of banners or placements as not to size down the amount of traffic.
6) What is the idea WR% of placement is healthy for the testing? (E.G 20%)
7) If i happened to cull placements for this particular XYZ campaign, do i always start a fresh list of placements for testing for new campaign offer testing ?
8) What is the selection process for me to continue with the offer? (E.G: As long as there are conversions or at least -50% ROI?)
9) Do you guys scale to other TS if offer is converting below break-even and start to roll in more banners and landers? Or focus on making it profitable first (at least B.E or 10% ROI) before scaling to other traffic sources?
10) Do i still use the same list of placement or the culled placement list?

I have the same questions after launching two campaigns with very low to zero conversions. The offers are both hot in my network but I am hitting a brick wall. Tried multiple geos, direct linking compared to landing page, variety of banners and so on. I am stumped at this point. Hope the answers to your questions shed some light.
