Is my account under manual review?

I have a business manager account that i started to ramp up spend a bit. I was spending about 1k per day for 3 days... total of 5k spend on the account.

All ads have stopped serving for the past 12 hours or so but everything in the account still says active. Definitely not a bid issue as our bids were very high.

Anyone seen an account stop spending before? All campaigns and ad sets are affected.

We've had sporadic issues with accounts hitting an artificial "cap". IE-an account with a $50,000 daily limit hitting exactly $8900 5 days in a row and grinding to a halt at 10 am. This happened 4 times on different accounts a couple months ago. Our rep couldn't figure out the issue and it just seemed to resolve itself. It happened after we changed the credit limit on our cards with the bank so we suspect it had something to do with the system recognizing a change in payment method and protecting against carrying high balances.

Thanks for the reply. Did you go through the facebook go program to get your rep? I can't seem to get in touch with anyone. Running whitehat so i don't mind trying to sort it out with them if possible.
