Hi everybody
I come from Italy, sorry first of all for my English...
I'm new in Affiliate Marketing, so I've decided to begin with http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...tion-And-Index as raccomended in the tutorial. (The Appetiser in particular)
I am following the step by step process, till here " you'll need to sign up with another, more mobile and CPA-focused network to get the best chance.
If you don't have one: Sign up for F5 Media. It's run by the founders of STM, and they take STM membership as a very good sign on an application! There are also many other great networks out there if you prefer to use one of them - the key steps won't change. "
The problem seems to be that they all require experience and referrals to accept you, and this is a situation that I'm having with the other network too.
What do you advise and how to bypass and solve this situation?
Thank you very much
Which networks have you looked at so far? Not all networks require you to be experienced, although some certainly do.
Let us know what you've checked already and we can help suggest others!
Hi caurmen
!
I looked at (and signed) Adsimilis, Clickdealer, Clicksmob (I see in the latter the offers)
You wrote also this " Ideally you want one that's sorted by volume - in other words, that shows the offers that are getting the most clicks right now. They'll almost always be good offers. " in your guide, for this reason I wanted to try F5 Media, I'm not sure that that option is available in other networks.
F5 Media is definitely still open to new affiliates who are properly prepared to start running campaigns.
If you're having trouble getting onto F5 Media, here is probably the reason why:
1. You didn't reply to the initial email within 48 hours
2. You couldn't answer the 4 basic questions in the email
3. You refused to get on a call for a language barrier
For these reasons we suggest just going back into STM and reading more before we let people join the network.
Why are we strict? Quality. If we give the advertisers bad quality, we will lose advertisers, which is what you come to us for in the first place.
We've more than happy to accept new people but we do have an expectation, that effort into one's affiliate marketing education, will have already been made.
Hi JaimmieF5, happy to see you in the forum
; yes I understand your reasons.
I tried to sign up yesterday, I receveid your email back, and I answered the 4 questions as best I could do. And I asked in the email to combine a phonecall quite for the same day (in Italy it was 22 pm, that maybe say something about my interest and motivation). I wrote a long email also with some other informations.
I came from you in the first place just because the caurmen's guide says: "If you don't have one: Sign up for F5 Media. It's run by the founders of STM, and they take STM membership as a very good sign on an application! There are also many other great networks out there if you prefer to use one of them - the key steps won't change". So it's like a dog chasing its tail (we say so in Italy, I hope it's the same expression
): from a side F5 Media is raccomended quite in the newbie guide, from the other side you require experience
.
I say just to be constructive of course, since my motivation is at the top and I am sure that we can, also in the future, have a positive cooperation
.
Since the guide was written, F5 has tightened its approval requirements - hence why you may be having problems.
If you're not accepted there however, there are many others you can try. I'm trying to keep an up to date newbie-friendly list here: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...-First-Network
