Is this an APK or not?

I'm confused.... When I click the offer link in the backend of F5, it leads me to the Google Play store, but when I read the description, it says

"Offer converts on succsessful install and open (APK)"

What does that mean?

If it's an Android offer most likely it's APK. What it means is that it's a PPI(pay per install) and open offer.

APK stands for Android Package Kit, and basically it is an app that is outside the googleplay store

Are you testing the link in the correct geo? Perhaps you're being redirected if you're not.

The best way to find out could be to get in touch with your AM.
