Voluum + Decisive Cost Tracking (2)

Decisive doesn't have cost tokens to pass, so I don't think it's possible to automatically track cost data from Decisive to Voluum...

So my question is, how do you track cost data and ROI?

Do you track with CPC/CPA manually in Voluum and adjust as you go along, or do you manually track it separately in a spreadsheet?

Also.... (while using Decisive as my traffic source, F5Media as my affiliate network, and Voluum as my tracking software) what are the benefits of using Voluum as a tracking intermediary between the traffic source and affiliate network instead of just tracking conversions directly between the traffic source and affiliate network themselves?

....If Voluum can't automatically track cost data from Decisive and therefore generate ROI reports automatically, wouldn't it just be easier to track conversions directly between traffic source and affiliate network and just manually do ROI reports?

Decisive has pretty decent reporting, so you might thing that Voluum is not relevant. Most traffic sources do not have detailed stats as Decisive has. But Voluum helps you drill down reports and that's where the real data is. Like what combination of Landing Page + Carrier converts the most. You cannot find that info anywhere else.

Voluum is not a tool to give you an ROI report, its pure analytics.
