So I chose a placement in one of my campaigns on Decisive and decided to spy on it. I installed that app and started reopening the app to see different ads but I saw 'Ads By Google' every time on the ads displayed in it and never something like 'Decisive'. Is this normal or am I seeings ads from some other traffic source like Google Ads or something?
Did you use a VPN? Obviously you see ads from other sources as well.
I've noticed this as well. With many traffic sources & placements. I get my VPN rolling, visit the site/app but all I see is Ads by Google, not ads from the traffic source which has the placement.
Probably they use DoubleClick For Publishers, and as any adserver it has a feature to calculate eCPM and switch ad networks to optimize.
Adsense performed better for this placement and the DFP serves it instead of Decisive.
