What criteria does CAKE look at in order to trigger a conversion?

I know it looks at the country and the I.P address... Anything else?

I'm trying to trigger a conversion to make sure my tracking is set up correctly.

I'm running HMA VPN and TOR browser but the conversion gets triggered sporadically.

I can trigger conversions in other platforms, but CAKE is not tracking my conversions properly.

I've watched zeno's guide on setting up tracking, and I'm 99% sure i've setup everything correctly on my end.

Which tracker are you using?

If it's Voluum, we can verify your tracking setup together if you'd like. As for triggering conversions - "sporadic" pretty much sums up the behavior/results when you're using a VPN. However, if you've gotten at least 1 conversion that got posted back to the tracker successfully, it means tracking is most probably not the issue.

One thing you can do is give your campaign url to your AM and ask them to trigger a conversion for you to make sure the tracking is working. That would be the first thing I'd suggest actually.

So I'm using Decisive without Voluum. How do I verify my conversion tracking setup since I don't have any campaign url generated by Voluum which I can give to my AM to trigger a conversion and I can't spoof any valid clickid from Decisive which will make it accept the postback my affiliate network sends.
