Need help with Tracking on Adsbridge and Tapgerine (4)

Hey STM members

I am going to start my first Mobile Ads campaign and need your help in setting up the tracking for the campaign. As I mentioned in the title that I am going to be working with Tapgerine and Adsbridge.
As I am very new to this i am not able to understand few things that I am highlighting in red color in the screenshots. I request you to please help me with this.
Also if possible can anyone make a tutorial using the Tapgerine and Adsbridge.I will highly appreciate that thanks

I don't know anyone ad Adsbridge but can put you in touch with an account manager at Tapgerine who can help you out with the set up. Just hit me up on skype to get the ball rolling.

If you're a confused about things like tokens and subids then your first priority should be better understanding tracking in general - not a specific tracker <-> network set up.
