BEFORE FACEBOOK APPROVAL:
Facebook Ads >>> Voluum URL >>> Landing Page >>> Direct App Store

AFTER FACEBOOK APPROVAL:
Facebook Ads >>> Voluum URL (redirect directly to the app store)

as Zeno points out, we need to ad a geo rule in Voluum.

Sample: I run a Facebook app install offer on Facebook in INDONESIA.

ALL visitors with geo NOT Indonesia must be sent directly to the Google Play store. So you need to add those rules in Voluum:
