No Impressions On SiteScout & How To Organize?

Hello!

I am new to SiteScout and am trying to figure out the best way to organize campaigns and also for some reason im not getting any real traffic.

-Traffic Issue
I have 81 impressions for the day bidding $2 CPM in UK. I have targeted ALL networks just for the sake of getting the wheels turning. Its been running for two days with the same result both days. I have deposited funds and I can see them in my account. Ads/Creatives are approved and say on in the dashboard. Any ideas what this could be? I figured targeting all networks work get me something..

-Campaign Organization
Im curious on what you guys recommend for campaign setup. Meaning do you have one campaign for each network? or 5 networks per campaign? Or what is the best scalable way to organize this?

Thank you for time!
Jack

Click the "customize columns" tab on the top right - and select "win rate". Look to see what your win rate is and that will tell you if your CPM is high enough. Not enough information here (type of campaign, niche, etc) to know if your CPM is high enough, but the win rate will tell you how much your $2CPM is winning.

Personally - I like to start out broad and then tailor the campaign from there. So in response to your question about Campaign Organization, I've always liked to start with getting everything available and then looking into specific ads and sites to see what works where and make adjustments. Obviously you may want to start with a bit more background insight and it totally depends on your daily budget...

@travizia Thanks for the feedback. I have been messing with all the different options and finally got the wheels turning. The CPM needed to be higher as well as I seemed to have had the targeting to tight so there was essentially nothing to bid on in the first place.

Regards to the campaign organization. Through reading and testing things myself i think I am going to go with the following. One campaign Run Of Network with mostly vague targeting. Then create two additional campaigns one for winners and other for "semi" winners where i can clamp down the bids and possibly still make it work. That gives me three campaigns per offer/geo. I can always use the RON campaign to adjust and target different things moving winning placements as they surface.

Always open to critics if you thing there is a better way. Thanks again!

If anyone criticizes that attempt, don't listen. The one thing people missunderstand about media, ESPECIALLY through SiteScout (who doesn't publicly display their margins... most people think it's between 50-100% which means it is SUPER pricey) is that you need to have budget and you WILL lose money initially on a campaign while you widdle out the fraud impressions/ clicks... and figure out what sources work best for your traffic/ increase your banner conversion/ etc... It's a work in progress and I personally like the idea of a RON campaign to cast a wide net. Just don't bid too much... that can blow your budget QUICKLY.

@travizia Perfect. Basically what i have is an $8 payout. I set the auto optimization to kill placements at $6 CPA and higher after $6 in spend. Granted i may be killing possible winners but for the first go I just want to find anything profitable and lose the least possible in the process. I did set the CPM bid to where I am getting about 90% win rate to find winners faster ideally. I have a $250 daily budget but for some reason only spends $50-$60 a day. As for targeting Im doing RON, one geo (UK) and two OS. Thats it. after now 4-5 days I have yet to find ONE working placement. Thats why i feel like i may be doing something wrong. It also seems like there should be a faster way to get results.. Anything you would tweak in the above setup?

Again i really appreciate the feedback on this.
