Setting up Exoclick on Voluum (4)

Hello everyone!
I've been reading & learning a lot about affiliate marketing lately, mainly here on STM and right now i'm trying to launch my first campaign.
I am having some problems setting up tracking on Voluum for Exoclick as my traffic source.

First thing i did was adding Exoclick as new traffic source on Volume, The Postback URL Voluum generates is: "http://main.exoclick.com/tag.php?goal=REPLACE&tag={externalid}", so i have created a new "goal" on exo & copied the goal value from:

So right now my Postback URL on voluum looks like this: "http://main.exoclick.com/tag.php?goal=7d9333484136f9bee0b36aef0d8b079f&tag= {externalid}"
- did i got this part right?
- what does the "goal" parameter means?

Next thing i did was creating the offer on voluum, creating the campaign & selecting Exoclick as my traffic source.
The campaign URL that voluum created is:

"http://XXXX.voluumtrk.com/d072f07d-ae1f-439f-9710-f71f121800d7?campid={campaign_id}&varid={variation _id}&source={src_hostname}&siteid={site_id}&zoneid ={zone_id}&catid={category_id}&country={country}&f ormat={format}&cost={cost}&tag={conversions_tracki ng}"

And pasted that link in the URL of the banners on Exoclick.
Now the campaign is running on exoclick and had some clicks, but i don't see any data on Voluum. BTW, i DO see the clicks on my affiliate network reports.

Does anyone knows what seems to be the problem?

This is the weirdest thing! I don't see anything wrong with your setup!

Regarding goal ID - I think that's just a string of characters unique to your exoclick account to identify your account with. I don't think it means more than that - anyone else care to comment?

By not seeing any data in Voluum - do you mean absolutely nothing? Not even impressions? Or are you just not seeing the conversions?

Also - if you browse to the compaign url in your browser, does that register as a visit in Voluum?

And are you direct-linking from banner to offer or using a lander?

Yes, i don't see any data at all on Voluum, Not even impressions. I can only see some visits i have manually did through the campaign URL.

I am direct-linking at the moment. no landers.
As i mentioned before, this is my first campaign and right now i just want to see if i got the tracking part figured out, before i move on to optimizing

The is so, so weird! I'm afraid I've run out of ideas...

The only thing obvious to me is that Exoclick isn't "talking" to Voluum.

The only other thing I could think of: Copy and paste your Voluum link somewhere, and do the same with the url you're using at Exoclick for your banners, and compare every single digit and letter to make sure they're 100% the same. If the two are the same, then the only other thing I could suggest would be to open a ticket with Voluum support.

Are you at least seeing conversion data in Voluum? Just want to make sure the aff network is posting back correctly.
