How can I pace the traffic on my creatives over times? I mean I don't want a sudden burst of traffic which burns through my daily campaign budget in hours but instead want to spend that amount over the duration of a day.
On ZeroPark, what I used to do is I used to reduce my bid so that my bid position used to come down and so did the traffic on my POPs.
Also will Decisive automatically rotate/split test between all the creative in a campaign?
If you set a daily budget, I think Decisive automatically does this. You will see the system spending quite a lot if you start with smart cpm, but that slows down after their "smart" part gets some data. This is a one time thing.
You can also set a frequency cap. I think that's about how much you can control on Decisive.
And yes, Decisive split tests creatives.
If you use flat CPM (which I recommend, smart CPM is not so smart from what I and a few others tried), you should start your campaigns at midnight EDT. That's the system's time and that's how your daily budget will be spread throughout the day. If you start at noon EDT, Decisive's pacing algorithm is set to spend half of your daily budget ASAP, to catch up.
