A newbie looking for clarity on the types of ads:
Popup
Domain
Redirect
Interstitial ads
Display ads
There is a lot of info that i am trying to understand just want to get a handle on when what these are and how they are used.

Popup --> that annoying thing when u click anywhere on the page and it opens new window (go on any porn sites to see them)
Domain --> probably you mean parked domains. Website which has no content but still receives some traffic (usually type-in traffic). These ads are usually text only or redirects.
Redirect --> see above.
Interstitial ads --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsRi9LYNztk
Display ads --> normal banners/ads, most popular sizes like 320x50

Only problem is they change their URL every few weeks.
