Help with postback URL on Voluum with EvoLeads network

My affiliate manger can't help me, and I've been struggling for hours trying to figure this out.

I'm running an offer from EvoLeads, and trying to set the correct postback url from Voluum.

Here is the link from the network:

Here are the pixel tokens from my network:
{offer} - Offer ID.
{account} - This is your unique Publisher ID number in our system.
{pubclickid} - Unique Click ID number for tracking Publisher's traffic by third-party tracking system.
{sa0}, {sa1}, {sa2}, {sa3}, {sa4} - This is the Sub ID's which you appended to your tracking link.
{action} - This is the unique ID number of the offer action.
{creative} - This is the unique ID number of the creative which resulted in the conversion.
{ip} - The visitors IP address.
{transaction} - Transaction ID. This is a unique identifier created by our system for each conversion tracked.
{amount} - Transaction Amount.

My confusion is knowing which tokens to use, and also what is the identifier string to use just before the = for each token.

I think once someone connects the dots for me once, I'll have it for good.

Also, in the Voluum link where it says REPLACE, OPTIONAL, OPTIONAL - do I need to replace that with Voluum tokens, or with network tokens?

When adding your offer as a new offer to Voluum, you'd use this url:

http://jm.pe/NlPAyWnnMb?sa0=&sa1=&sa2=&creative=&r=&pubclickid= {clickid}

(Note: I don't know why there's a space in the link once I publish the post - please take that out if it's still there after you've copied and pasted it.)

You can use sa0/1/2/3/4 for anything you like to pass to your affiliate network's reports, really. While you're setting up the offer in Voluum, you'll see a list of the tokens available. The only "must-pass" token is {clickid}, which I've inserted into your link above - you can paste that as-is into voluum if you like.

When pasting voluum's postback into your affiliate network - this is the link:

http://wiowt.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid={pubclickid}&payout={amount}

I've never used the "txid" token and don't know what it does so I've delete it for now.
