How does the Adult Spy Tool work?

Hi all

Been searching on forum to find a thread on how STM Adult Spy Tool works but can't find anything for the life of me.

Perhaps I just don't know how to use it. No matter what I enter in the fields, I haven't managed to see a single result so far, not even randomly.

What am i missing here? FYI, I am only searching for mobile sites.
