How do you fight click loss on pops?

Hey guys,

I'd like to get some inputs/ideas how do you fight click loss - or at least what are our possibilities to minimize it?

I recently did some quick calculations and I figured out that I'm losing 5 figures every month only because of click loss. That's pretty bad, isn't it?!

The click loss is however I believe pretty usual (for pops) - around 25-30%. But with volume the numbers build up pretty fast.

Some of my ideas so far are:
- remove tracker to save redirects
- optimize landing pages even more
- find local hosting in the geo where I'm advertising

But I believe you have some more/better recommendations, let's mastermind!

Thanks.

Erik

Not sure what type of tracker you're using, but a big help for me was when I just used the actual IP address in the tracking URL, so no DNS lookup or anything takes place on the initial clicks. Saved about 10%.

I'm using Voluum with custom domain, you think it will work?

It sounds so easy and powerful trick!

Definitely won't work with Voluum, going direct to IP will only work if you're self-hosted.

I think someone else mentioned it but probably use Voluum to see what's working and then send the traffic directly to the offer/lander once you know what's working.

Have you tried any other trackers? It may be a problem with Voluum. I have seen similar issues but not sure if it's specific to Voluum or not.
