Trouble with Peerfly AM

Just wondering if anyone is using Peerfly, I opened an account ages ago and now that I'm getting back into AM I went back to the site. Been sending traffic to offers but my AM (listed on the right hand side) hasn't responded to any Skype or email questions. Is anyone else having this issue?

Have a search for "peerfly" on the STM forums - a few people have reported issues with them in the past, and if I recall correctly, unresponsive AMs was on the list of problems. Could be misremembering though!

As a general rule, if your AM isn't responding to you at all, it's probably worth asking for a new one, and signing up for a few other networks too!

I have a problem too with AM, but in adsimilis network... not much help

@illank86 please add joanieschneider.dqna on skype and she will help get you sorted with your AM. We are known for always being quick to respond and all of our AM's are industry veterans, so let us know what we could do to help.

At affiliaXe we strongly believe in support and communication. These key traits help compose the groundwork for a strong network.

Personally, I think first impressions are everything and no matter the size of the publisher, everyone deserves a response and also a personal welcome email to the network. Even if I face a slight delay due to other priorities, I always make sure that I get back to my publishers. Also, a publisher should never feel like they are "nagging". Push until you get the answers you need.

Peerfly is fine. I think Luke's mega responsive to questions.

@dynamicsoul I don't have Luke as my AM unfortunately, should I contact them and ask to be switched over to somebody else?

Maybe. I didn't used to have him, but once I started earning regular, I was swapped.
