Redirect and or Pop traffic sources that allow targeting via subnets or IP ranges

Hello Stackers, I am lookings for adult redirect or pops traffic sources that allow you to target traffic based on IP Subnets and or ip ranges. I am not interested in normal carrier targeting. thank you in advance

Plugrush is the only one I know of. But just out of curiosity, where are you getting your IP ranges from?

arunbasillal, I am building my own carrier DB. getting data from maxmind and also combining it with the networks's carriers. what the network considers a certain ISP the maxmind db does not have the same ISP name so I am filtering them to create my own db.

This is a problem for a lot of affiliates I think. If you can create a searchable database just to match-up those names, and figure out a business model to monetize it, I have a feeling it could be a niche business that people would be willing to pay for. Its 4 in the morning, so this could be a brainfart. lol

there are more that do it. Also Exo to make here a name dropping. And yes getting proper IP ranges is always a big fuck to get the right ones. So Aruns brainfart would bring good cash if somebody would have reliable databases.
