1. what is quality for pin submits? everyone is a paying customer so all is quality? rate of chargebacks? actual sum in card balance/account so they can charge?
2. what is the difference between quality of pops and banner > lander > offer ?
im thinking banner has alot higher quality since the traffic is qualified?
