there is only one thing sucks in voluum

i has been using Voluum for quite a while and everything seems ok for me.
but recently i am getting killed while dealing with Voluum's past data.
every single time when i go to export excel of my past data. it can end up loading 10minutes, and then 504 error or front end server problem.
it is not a one time issule, i has been trying for 7 days.
i just wanna say: WTF

Hi,
Can you give us some more information, as we are not able to replicate this issue on our end? Please let us know how long the time range for the past data is, and for which reports are you trying to export data.

Are you trying to run a big variable or even variable grouping report on like hundreds of thousands if not millions of visitors? That had a habit of causing timeouts for me, but haven't one of those recently.

Hah yeah, exporting that kind of data will cause most platforms to have a bit of a tough time .
