Trafficjunky Tracking

Hey STM,

i experience problems with the image pixel. I place it in cake, but it doesnt count the conversions. My AM said other guys have no problems with TJ tracking the conversions on the offer.

Im creating the tracker, pasting the invocation code into the pixel area in the offer, but it doesnt count. When i use Voluum in between, then in the cake network, it doesnt even count the clicks and conversions coming from the presale to the lp.

Can somebody help out on these 2 things? thanks a lot!

Hi,
Please send me your username in a private message, I will have IT check if anything is wrong with your tracker.

Cheers

its strange, because other pubs using it with cake too i implemented the pixel in the pixel section but nothing is showing in conversion tracker, when conversions happen in cake.

Hi,
Do you mind if we centralize everything in a single thread?
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...unky-on-Voluum
It's always the same question and having 3 identical threads is making it to follow.

Also, you haven't sent your username to me in private message.

Thanks

Hey Adolf,
We're dealing with similar issues...Were you able to find a resolve. We using Cake to track and want the pixel/postback to show in TJ

Any input on the topic helps

Hi,

We are working to find a solution for Cake tracking, the main issue is that we pass the click ID as ACLID=something_here.
Cake expects all values to be passed as S1, S2,...
Now, even though our other tokens can be used with custom setups (i.e. &S1={BanID}) the click ID can't be customized (it's ALWAYS ACLID=).
We investigated with Cake to see if there was a way to map our ACLID to some S tag in Cake but they told us they can't.
We are now looking for a way to customize the click ID tag on our end.

Thanks

Anton
