So I've literally just had a whole bunch of landers disapproved for jquery intro pops.
Only last week my landers with jquery pops were getting approved but not anymore. Has anyone else found this?
Which PPV networks allow jquery intro pops? I find they help a lot for conversion rates on email submit landers.
Also - if anyone can suggest a good alternative to a jquery intro pop they get a gold star!
I think it depends on who is checking them out, sometimes they get approved for me and sometimes they don't. Just mail them and ask them why they didn't approve it and say that it isn't an alertbox popup. That worked for me atleast.
And i quote:
Hi Richard,
Our compliance team has determined that jquery pops like the one on your landing page are similarly disruptive to the user's browser experience as loading pops. So they have decided to disallow them on our network. Remove the jquery and we can review the landing page again.
were making me add disclaimers to the hover about a week ago. I quit using them... For now!
Yup , same happened to me.
I didn't even get a proper explanation why they decided this way.
It isn't intrusive at all and it could be considered just an image / css on the page.
Anyway , that's how LI does business , nothing we can do about it....
my new camp was declined because "We didn't see the disclaimers, also we don't see how the click through leads to a <derp> offer. Therefore the offer is misleading and the keywords are irrelevant."
what the fuck is this shit, leadimpact? i had a long disclaimer and my campaign was targeting, lets say, google.com - leading to an email submit. my creatives says 'are you a google user? get a free gift card'
don't tell me if i were bidding the url google.com i have to link to a google related offer. name me a google email submit, leadimpact.
all my previous other campaigns had the same thing and were approved. any advice guys? is this the end of LI? PIECE OF SHIT.

Anytime I raise my budge above 100/day, my keywords get retro-disapproved for some random reason. Seriously, do they not want people advertising on their platform anymore?
bbrock I can't not to agree with you anymore on this... that this is the way LI does business. Nothing we can do about it.
Sometime it really pisses me off... but I am glad that I already have this mindset "this is life", implant into my head last year, so I can get over it pretty fast.
Can anyone recommend some sneaky alternatives to jquery pops to alert the user that are actually allowed on LI? This may be a long shot though!
and it doenst help they jack campaigns... time we all came together and made the ultimate CPV network or shall we just complain and move on ?
