Seeing a correlation between your favorite mobile game to play vs. good to promote?

I really like the game Lumosity but didn't have much success through media buy in the past.

I know it can sometimes depend on a matter of taste, yet I would love to hear about other's success stories and vice-versa.

No correlation at all :-)
All mobile games that have a competitive pay out will kill it, no matter how boring/good/amazing/lame the game is
