they seem to perform very poorly in tier 3 countries, but im sure someone managed to make this work somehow. we are getting back close to $0 for this.
This could be because that in Tier 3, iPhone is considered expensive, when you can afford much cheaper Android phone with similar specs.
And for those that do have it, might be having higher salary that translates to more intelligent (maybe), which is more aware of the type of ads we're pushing.
Just my thoughts.

you have mobile ios traffic in tier 3 countries? what kind of traffic is it? i'd guess that in tier 3 you can make more money with interstitial than with normal in-app banner ads, unless you serve billions of impressions. the only way to make good moeny in tier 2/3 countries is by working with direct advertisers and not running the rebrokered offers where the entire margin is already soaked up by all the middlemen
its standard banner 300x250 clicked traffic. i dont think the problem is the offer, because its working fine for the other OS, its just ios that performs like 10x worse and im not sure why
