Hey guys, sorry if i'm posting that in the wrong section (admin, please move it to the right one in case it is).
There is a PPV network names Rushhour (rushhour-ads.com).
I considered working with them few months ago, i heard about them in one of the AM Facebook groups.
Few weeks ago, an advertiser i know, asked me if i know publishers who willing to sell Tech Support calls, so i introduce James (the CEO of Rushhour Ads) to him.
They talked, while i was a middle man between them, to help things start, and they did start to generate calls.
The advertiser funded around 3K, and after spent of 1.5K, he decided to refund the rest (remember, he wasn't advertise on the platform, they have traffic and generated to him calls).
George (James assistant) talked really dirty and told the advertiser that he's not going to get the money back.
The advertiser talked to James, James said he's sorry and George didn't spouse to talk to him like that and say such a thing, but he will investigate the case and get back to him.
Its been almost 2 weeks, while me and the advertiser constantly keep trying to reach both (by Skype, there isn't any answer in the office phone) - while they ignoring us!
I'm asking for your help
In case you know them, know someone who know them or have their contact details, please help me reach them out
Those kinds of people ruin this industry, ignore people and treat them like they are garbage - Is embarrassing our industry
Thank you all guys.
You help is much appreciated

Prepayments are always very tricky and risky. Most of the times nothing goes wrong but I always apply the following rules before making a prepayment
NO prepayment in case of:
1. Company has less than 5 employees
2. Company has less than 2 years of existence
3. Company has no phyisical presence in Europe or North America (hard to get your money back via lawsuits in India, China, etc.)
4. Company has more than one negative review I can find via Google
5. Company cannot provide 3 credit references --> And if they can provide it at least two of them need to say +++ things about Company
Follow these easy rules and you won't get fecked over!
PS/ Wish there were Escrow accounts in affiliate marketing....
Thanks for the info guys.
I hope we'll be able to catch them soon and settle everything.
Trying to stay optimistic
Escrow.com can do the trick. You dont really need anything else.
