Tracking conversion correctly... (6)

Hey guys,

I started my first CPA campaign, direct link, couple of hours ago, I have a few hundred clicks, but until now no conversion, and I am suddenly scared that the conversion tracking might not work as expected.

Decisive records 0 conversion.
Voluum records "Visits" but no click or conversion.
A4D records a few dozens clicks but 0 conversion. (clicks are increasing)

Did I do something wrong ? What should I check ?

Hey,

I've been running some campaigns on FB, I created several ads/ ads sets, and have managed to get a couple conversions. However, the ads all direct to the same landing page, how do I determine which ads on fb are producing the conversions... I am using Voluum but obviously not correctly lol.
Sorry for the noobishness, Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
