Been warming up an adwords account recently
1 account is ready to go, i submitted an ad, got approved, got about $10 worth of clicks then i got "Campaign Limited By Budget"
I raised my budget to what they recommended and waited a bit and it popped up again
i reduced bid and reduced my target to only about 10 keywords, and still the same thing shows up and I'm not getting anymore traffic,
Anyone run into this and have any insight on what to do? Im thinking about just creating a new campaign think this one is shitted on by their algorithm, but then again don't wanna raise flags to go thru approval again at least not yet, still in the begging stages.

Sometimes you have to give GDN some time before they start sending you traffic. If after 12 hours you're not getting any traffic, make sure you don't have any exclusions that could be blocking it.
The Display Planner should give you an idea as to how many impressions you should get. If you are not targeting mobile, make sure to block adsenseformobileapps.com.
You should also continue to check your placements because GDN will still serve on other mobile apps.
