Can someone Help with tracking?

Using prosper 202 self hosted and just wondering if I am doing this correctly cause when i go to spy it does not show my conversions, but it will show everything else. Still learning how to use prosper to track.

step 1 http://screencast.com/t/SB2fpCdO8 (download cvs report from cpa network)

step 2 http://screencast.com/t/hjwQa7Ol8x (copy the sub ids)

step 3 http://screencast.com/t/h2EjIFL0K (paste them into update subids and click update)

step 4 http://screencast.com/t/b5MvaRep0 (It will display everything else but will NOT display conversions) so im stuck here and don't know which ad brought in the sale.

Firstly, in Step 2 you are copying the wrong subids. Instead of copying them ALL, you give prosper202 the ones that resulted in sales. In the pic below, you should only give Prosper202 subids #11526, 11528, 11532, & 11535.

With that said, its strange that the conversions are NOT being tracked. Since you gave Prosper202 ALL your subids, it *should* show that you have a 100% conversion rate.

For your destination URL, did you go to #7 Get Links? Because if you did, Prosper should have tracked those incoming clicks and then when you updated the subids it should all work. Are you using a lander and if so, did you place the javascript code code?

In Step #4 you are looking at Spy View, which only shows the last 24 hours worth of data. have you tried looking at the Overview tab?

Same as I was gonna say... Spy view is more to view traffic and see where it is coming from.

try checking analyze or overview tabs?

@ index

I am using direct linking so I only did prosper steps 1,2,3, and 7 under the setup tab. I am using the c1 and c2 variables instead of creating text ads in step 5. I went back to prosper to reset my campaign sub ids and also deleted all the sub ids then went back in and pasted in ONLY the converted sub ids and clicked update and still don't see conversions in analyze or overview tabs. hhmmm???

If I re edit the affliate link in step 3 would I need to generate a new tracking link?

are you using [[subid]] on the end of your affiliate link? or are you using c1 and c2? im not sure what the syntax Limelight CPA uses, but in the pic below for Neverblue its &subid=

Thanks index

I am with lime light cpa and here is what my affiliate link looks like http://limelightcpa.oneffect.us/affi...ffer/643/1051/[CREATIVE_ID]/[SUB_ID] it doesn't look like it has a syntax huh ??

This is what my step 3 in prosper looks like http://screencast.com/t/GQmoq1WP

I guess the problem is that the cpa network must not be compatible with prosper since it doesn't have the syntax?

I see that you have a number 1 at the end of your affiliate link and then [[subid]]. Since that number 1 is "hardcoded" there, your subids show up in your reports as #11526, 11528, 11532, & 11535, when in fact they really are #1526, 1528, 1532, & 1535.

The way Prosper202 works is by creating a number for your subid on each click (ie 6383648). When something converts, you tell Prosper202 "Hey yo Prosper, click # 6383648 converted" and Prosper202 goes "oh yea, I know all about that click! Let me report"

You should set it up as

Code:
http://limelightcpa.oneeffect.us/affiliate/goto_offer/643/1051/pod/[[subid]]
instead of

Code:
http://limelightcpa.oneeffect.us/affiliate/goto_offer/643/1051/pod/1[[subid]]
