Hi "navraj" there are a lot of different networks you can start work with, make sure first that they are "newbies friendly" so you could get help from your AM.
every network will have its top offers, some network will have parallel offers, might even be the same payout or a small different payout, best thing is to split your traffic so you could see which network brings you better CR%

here are few mobile traffic sources that will help you start generate traffic:
Go2mobi - http://www.go2mobi.com/
clicksmob - http://clicksmob.com/
apptap - http://www.apptap.com/
Tapit - http://lp.startapp.com/self-serve_co...FVcSHwodAasAjw (Deposu Bonus = $50.00)
Taptica - http://www.taptica.com/

do you already know what type of offers you looking to start with : Pin Submits, mobile games, mobile apps / Utilities, etc.. ?
do you already know what Geo's are you looking to target: Tier 1/2/3, english speaking, etc...?

answering these questions will help you get a more precise list of offers from your AM to start with, and this should help you save time and money on finding a good offer and will leave you the time and money to optimize and earn more from your campaigns.

For mobile apps and game installs you can try these aff networks:

Appflood, Avazu, Tapgerine, Glispa, Clickdealer

Should be enough to get you started!

We have some nice recommendations going.

My advice is to talk to your affiliate manager and ask specific recommendations for the offers you have picked. He will know where the offer is converting, just dont expect him to hand over someone else's campaign to you though. But he will give you pointers and that will be much better than searching in the dark.

Hope that helps.

Another question that is lurking in my mind. Is it better to use SPY tools instead of starting right from the scratch. I saw this Mobile Ad scout ad and seems very impressive for mobile ads. So as a newbie would it be better to use these kinda of SPY tools that eliminates atleast some of the guess work.

Also any feedback on the Mobile Adscout

Thanks

As a newbie, spy tools can get a bit too expensive, but its always good to start with them. You don't have to reinvent the wheel.

My advice is to follow IAmAttila's guide: http://iamattila.com/iamteacher/excl...dia-buyers.php . Get the 3day trial from WhatRunsWhere, not sure if they still have it, and spy as much as you can to get an idea of what others are doing.
