don't select top volume premium spots or you have to have bigger testing budget
set Frequency Capping to 1/24h and increase smart cpm bid to get better quality traffic
Thank heavens you set a low daily budget!
Actually, unless you're promoting a niche offer (e.g. BBW, gay...), picking all "adult" categories shouldn't be a problem.
Your bid isn't a problem either - you're paying around 0.20CPM which is pretty good assuming the traffic quality isn't bad.
And you're certainly getting more than enough traffic! This is great, because you can use it to mass-test banners and landers!
If you don't already have a test strategy, may I suggest one?
1)See this post to learn how to spy on offers - scroll down to the "Cherry-Picking the Best Performing Offers" section. When spying on your target geo, note the offers you see, AND also rip the landers you see the most often - chances are they are working!
2)Sign up to the same offers you see the most.
3)Unlike for landers, ripped banners usually don't work well. I can't tell you why because I don't know lol! But based on my experience (and apparently yours!) ripped banners usually suck. I would suggest to read all the STM threads you can find on adult angles, pick/brainstorm a bunch of different angles, brainstorm headlines for at least 3 banners per angle and create your banners.
4)Throw all your banners, landers, and offers into a single campaign. Since you're getting more traffic than you have budget for, I would suggest only getting traffic from 1 premium placement to start. This will make your test results more "fair" and consistent.
5)Run that campaign for a day ($20-30 spend), identify the most promising banners of the batch, the most promising lander of the batch, and the most promising offer of the batch. Just go with your hunch - no need to check statistical significance here!
6)Start 2 campaigns:
Campaign #1: Most promising banners + most promising lander + ALL offers. Use the split-test calculator to check and cut offers until you're down to the best one.
Campaign #2: Most promising banners + most promising offer + ALL landers. Use the split-test calculator to check and cut landers until you're down to the best one.
7)Once you're down to the best lander and the best offer, start Campaign #3: Best offer + best lander + ALL banners. This time don't cut banners until you're down to the best one! You'll want to identify the best ANGLES from your banner stats, so that you can develop more banners for those good angles!
8)Continuous improvement stage:
Campaign #1: You can put this one on pause until the next time you see a good offer for that geo you want to split-test against your current-best offer.
Campaign #2: Continue to test landers for all eternity! Don't just use ripped landers! Get creative and come up with your own. Also, split-test lander elements - for example split-test 10 headlines in the first round, find the best; then split-test 10 images, find the best....and so on.
Campaign #3: Again, continue to test banners until the end of time! Test completely new angles as well as create banners for current angles that are performing well.
Note: Any time you find a new best banner or new best lander or new best offer, make sure to replace them in all campaigns. (e.g. say your Camp #2 uncovers a new best lander, you'll want to swap that into your Camps #1 and #3 to reduce testing costs)
Optional step 9)Start a "profits" campaign where you're only running your best lander + best offer + profitable banners. You can only start this camp after you've done some testing to optimize your creatives though. Here you can cut any banners that are not meeting your ROI requirements (e.g. anything that's doing less than 30% ROI for example).
Once you have something that you feel is doing fairly good and consistent ROI, open up more placements on exoclick. You can even try RON (see this post here). And of course, you can scale to other traffic networks such as Traffic Force, Traffic Junky, and hundreds of others.
Good luck and have fun!

Are you targetting mobile or desktop or both?
I'm pretty technically-challenged - to be honest all I do to rip a lander is browse to it in firefox and just go to File > Save Page As.
If you need mobile landers - here's what I do: Install the HMA app on my phone (you'll need an HMA subscription - or see if your VPN service has an app too if you're using something different), install the firefox browser on my phone, and I think I installed an add-on that added the "Save Page As" option to the browser. Then I'd tap the lower left corner of my samsung galaxy to bring up the menu, tap "Save Page As" to save the lander. Then I'd open up Mobizen (you can use any other method to access phone files), navigate to the "downloads" folder on my phone and drag the lander files to my desktop.
If you don't have any luck with these methods let me know and I'll try to direct you to other STM threads that have better methods/instructions.

exoclick has quite alot of golden placements that are on ron and not available through premium sites.
exo is a pretty big network, so it kind of defeats the purpose if u go there and try to have a low budget. people pay premium to get more traffic. if you have a low budget, you are better off going to a smaller site to buy, because usually its cheaper, support can be better, although approval is probably slower.
try to find out the top advertisers in your geo, and then use their banners and landers as a control and change from there, that gives u a higher chance of success. offers are also very important, make sure you test a mix of them from different affiliate networks. they can differ up to 10x, and generally around 30-50%.
i see your name is "webdev" so im guessing your website should be pretty fantastic in load speeds =D
if you're spend is above a few hunderd bucks a day, and you want to big volumes, you can get better deals from them (from your AM)
