Best tracking for mobile ....

Hello STM's,

Would like to get your opinion about the tracking platforms you use. What is the best tracking system to use for mobile ?

Thank you,

Pretty much all the systems available at the moment work fine for both mobile and desktop tracking. I am leaning towards Funnel Flux however from the tests I ran with it. Awesome app.

SaaS - Voluum (market leader), Adsbridge

Selfhosted: Prosper202, Thrive, Funnel Flux, PixelK

I purposely left out Imobitrax and CPVLab as the other scripts have better developers and push out updates consistently. There are some others that I probably forgot as well.

If you were looking to get started right away, I would suggest you start with Voluum. Its free upto a million events, and you do not have to worry about hosting or anything like that. Easy to use and begin, plus its awesome.

+1 for Voluum if you're just starting out as it's free, waiting there for you ready to go with everything you'll need.

I also think Voluum is a good option.

now that Voluum is not free what would be the newbie choice? Adsbridge?

@miopmiop

If you are looking for a free option I would go with Prosper202 or Adsbridge ( if you don't want to set things up on your server ).

As for the paid options go I would lean towards Funnel Flux / Thrive for self-hosted and Voluum for hosted.

The only reasons I'd tell anyone to use Prosper202 aka Prosper202 Lite is, they are dabbling in affiliate marketing, or just getting started and need something solid to help them ramp up.

If you are making at least $1000 a month in profit, you owe it to your biz to move to a paid solution like Prosper202 Pro. It's still a fully open source tracking solution, but with dedicated support, and more advanced features. You can see a short list here: http://prosper.tracking202.com/apps/download/latest.php

Also, I highly recommend you check out as many of the other solutions mentioned earlier, you will find one works better for the way you think and operate better than others.

Plus, now that there are way more tracking solutions available, the competition has made the speed of innovation so much more rapid. This is great for marketers and our industry.

I've done 100k months on proper's free version. A lot has changed in the "free" version since then.

Congrats!

I think many people have done pretty awesome numbers using the free version, and I expect that to continue with all the updates and improvements we've made to it over the past year or so.
