Hello guys, I never did PPV, I'd like to ask you for an advice on a good source of PPV traffic for Brazilian traffic.
Main things these ones:
* That is good to build a list
* Quality
* High Volume

Don't know about the listbuilding aspect - never used them for that purpose - but you'll find out?
