Are there any networks that provide PopUp mobile traffic or all of them offer PopUnder traffic?

I have noticed that some of the pops actually do show up as pop-ups in a separate window. So far I have only seen this behaviour on the standard Android AOSP browser.

Other than that, I don't think it matters whether it's a pop-up or pop-under as on mobile they both seem to pop right in front of people's eyes.

On my Galaxy S4, a popunder is in the background, although the js alert appears it doesn't bring the landing page to the foreground (except for Chrome)
Are you experiencing different on your mobile device?

Yeah, for me it always shows up on top of the screen.
Perhaps it depends on the script the ad networks uses. Both AdCash and PropellerAds always show up right on top of whatever page I am on.

@ralphy thanks for clarifying
@rafael AdCash and PropellerAds use popovers from what I have seen from spying. Generally all adult pops use popunders, so best to look for non-adult pop traffic.

Technically there doesn't seem to be a way to achieve a true pop-under on mobile like you can on web. At least when I last was testing some scripts.
The way it works for a pop-up is when a link is clicked on mobile, a new tab is opened with the "pop ad" and the original site redirected to the link content.
For a pop-under the link would open in a new tab, and the original site would be redirect to the ad. I'm not aware of any pop-under ad networks like that. Is anyone?
