How to manage multiple campaigns effectively
Hi guys,
I was wondering how do you guys manage many campaigns?
Doing as a Lone Ranger
I am doing Mobile alone for 3 months and is using Voluum as my tracker.
Campaigns
10 campaigns with 2 offers and 3 traffic sources.
Consist of profitable, scaling and testing campaigns.
As some are in CPMs and have clickloss. My tracker will not have the exact cost.
( Have to go to traffic source to generate report on the cost )
How do you guys organise to improve the process of tracking and monitoring outside of tracker?
Do you guys have some kind of campaign planner spreadsheets to track each campaign from start to end ( Daily cost etc. )
Or what do you guys do?
Trying my best to improve every process.

You'll find a lot of people use spreadsheets to keep track of their data. Some people go into deep detail, others not so much.
Charles Ngo gave away his templates here: http://charlesngo.com/profittemplates/
Personally I use a simpler spreadsheet just tracking costs and revenue that I pull from my networks and sources daily.
Voluum recently released manual cost updating - but I believe they pulled it back down to fix some issues. Hopefully it'll be back out again for you soon as that would solve your problems

Appreciate your response!
I guess spreadsheets is the way to go, maybe a simpler version for different traffic sources per tab.
( Due to timezones )

I use spreadsheets that log daily stats, and record changes. That way for example if you adjusted a bid 5 days ago, you would have a record and could see the effect it had on impressions/roi etc
