What a bad experience in creating an account with ZeroPark

Hello all STM friends

This is my first thread on forum after the first presentation,

I wanted to share my bad experience with you all, and especially Zero Park Team inside the forum

few months ago i decided to add zero park to my pop traffic sources, i made an account added my phone number to receive a call from the team (was mandatory), and after email verification another automatic email follow with a lot of questions if you would like to speed your application, i ignored that email waiting for a call, but i have never received it, few days later an email with rejection of my account has been arrived to my inbox, i just forget about Zero Park and continue my journey

Again 3 days ago, i was surfing the forum and stumbled a Neverblue webinar with Zero Park team, so i decided to take part and after watching i applied for an account again, i used the same email as first time i guess

the same scenario again, few automated email, but this time i answered all the questions, so a person called Toni.chou replayed to my email as follow

Toni - I accepted your account but you do not qualify for any bonuses because you created an account with us in February and all bonuses are for new registering advertisers only.
Me - Hello Toni and thank you for approval. About February, my account get reject, no one emailed me or called me, and this is not good to ignore applications. anyway, hopefully i'm not here for your bonus
Toni - Your account is now active so you can start running campaigns on this account.

ok, until now everything is OK, my account is approved, i only need to load it, while trying, only Paypal is working if want to use credit card, need to contact manager as they say, so i did it with paypal

after getting redirected form paypal to zero park , a red message saying Account Suspended

Now they want not only a copy of my ID or passport, they require me to be on it too, see example
https://panel.zeropark.com/images/account-frozen-ID.jpg

- So now, why all those verification steps?
- Does anyone received a call form Zero Park after applying as they say ?
- is everyone joining Zero Park take a picture of him self holding his ID or passport ?

is that because i'm living in a black continent , or because i have Arabic or Muslim name, or maybe because i created my Paypal account with a public email address before i start using my business one?

I hope a few forum members read my thread and share their opinions and experience

Excuse my English, is not my native language

Best regards

Unfortunately, I do think there are certain countries which are deemed "higher risk" than others. I can certainly understand that this is a bad experience for you, and honestly speaking, I would certainly feel the same way.

However, for what it is worth, even I have had to go through similar situations many times in my life as well .... and I probably spend a little bit more on ads than the average affiliate off the street.

I would just advise you to go ahead with the process. In a perverse way, it can actually be a good thing if there are quite a lot of barriers, since that can mean that you face fewer competition.

That at least is how I would approach it.

When I created my ZP account I had to go through the same verification (phone call + photo holding ID), and I'm the whitest white kid from neutral ol' New Zealand... It's nothing racial.

I'm sure they have good reasons for doing it. There's potential for a lot of money to change hands, verification checks make sense and are to be expected from time to time.

Great guys over at ZP. That verification process is there because they are not a fly-by-night shop. A lot of shady stuff goes on in our biz, it's very understandable..I'm from the US and had to do the same.

Yup, as Cmdeal says, these higher barriers to entry can only be a good thing.

How the hell do you edit your email in ZP? They want it to match paypal email.
