Mobile Bot Traffic- How to exclude it?

Hi,i have a problem with some Mobile Bot Traffic.
Traffic is coming from different ISPs :

E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co.
USA

&

Merck and Co.
USA

Everytime I exclude from from Trafffic Source.
Or the Devices ,the traffic still continued.

Any idears or Help?

what is the traffic source?

what percentage do you believe is bot traffic?

Hi,thanks for the Response.
Appnexus is the trafficsource.
It depends.Sometimes its growing to 90% Bot traffic
