Anyone Tried ClickMagick? Thoughts..

Been testing a demo from clickmagick.com as some of the listed features sound pretty cool.

It lacks some of what is needed for people who use Voluum etc.. but I do a bit of clickbank stuff.. and the re-targeting feature, and ability to bypass a crappy sales page sounds great.

I'm yet to give it a real proper run out, but will set something up today.

Anyone using it? How do you find it?

DS

I've been looking at it too (I found your post in a search). I also do Clickbank stuff, and it seems like more of a marketing-focused solution than Voluum.

I'm keeping an eye on this thread to see if anyone else pops in.

I've signed up for it, and testing some stuff with CB. Will let you know how it goes.

It seems to mainly have features that emailers would use (seems more set up for that compared to say Voluum) but lacks good reporting that would be needed for anything big volume like pops etc

Definitely lacks reporting. This is the main dashboard https://i.imgur.com/BZAb815.png

You can drill down a lot more than that, you get referrers and conversions on each click with geo.. but no carrier info or decent report sorting/filtering like Voluum.

It's sort of a fancy link cloaker (like pretty links) with a bit of prosper202 chucked in. lol

I'm having problems getting a custom domain set up. I've done everything correct, but to use some of the features like pops, you need to use a cloaked link. It seems that simply forwarding sub domains at Godaddy (like their FAQ says) doesn't actually do what it needs. hmm.

I've been using clickmagick for a few months now and it's absolutely amazing. I don't have any experience with Voluum, but I've read some articles that Clickmagick should be more powerful so I chose it. The reporting is great and in-depth. I have been playing with the tough of switching to Voluum because it seems to be the most popular one, but I haven't found anything that's missing in Clickmagick.

I'm not an expert, but feel free to ask me anything and I will try to answer it.

Clickmagick is like Voluum for the solo ads business

For example, the rotator isn't what you'd think...it's to make sure the same individual doesn't see the same offer twice. I was confused thinking this meant it was similar to split testing where it would rotate clicks to 3 different landers...but nope (hopefully that made since). Few other features are built in for swapping email list with buddies and such.

Honestly I like them a lot. You shouldn't be participating in dirty tactics. BUT if you are dumb like that and bad at programming they basically have a setup to click this >>.<< to blank referrer.
