anyone have a good source of argentinian pop or redirect traffic? my current sources do not have enough volume.

Zeropark is surprisingly limited with my targeting....popads I tried and could not get above -90 ROI for this offer. I will check out propellerads. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure AdCash introduced a self-serve platform recently.

If you have an existing account, you'd have to contact your account manager and open a new account on their self serve platform.

Not too sure about Propeller Ads though.
