When comes to mobile pops, does it matter whether it's a popup or popunder?
Example in popads, I can choose either popunder or popup.

Test both. I found popups performed slightly better, but this could differ from geo to offer
Depends on the LP, the offer, the target audience, the geo, the mobile device, etc. Generally pop-ups are looked upon as the best performer. But - keep in mind the actual difference between those two and think about how you can exploit that: pop-ups appear in yo' face while pop-unders may not be instantly noticed until the user closes his or her tab. What difference does this make to the user you're marketing to?
