I recently moved to Istanbul from NYC and facebook was suspecting fraudulent activity. I had to reset my password and send in a picture of my drivers license to prove my identity. Then I received this message below.
Please post here or Pm, how I can get a new facebook account without being linked to my old one?

Access your fb account via an ip address associated with Istanbul.
I tried creating a new account yesterday after changing my ip, but facebook disabled that account as well. My payment method is from a new US bank card account, but my location is Istanbul. That might be the issue. Should I use VPN for a new account ?
I just got this message today
"We have detected unusual payment or login activity on your account. As a result, your payments have been disabled to protect your personal and financial information. To re-enable your payments, please answer the following questions."
I've just created my account a few days ago too ...
