Setting up Admob. (3)

I spied on my competition and most of the traffic is coming from admob. So I signed up on admob. I clicked Promote>Promote new app>new Campaign selected my app. In the banner setting, it asks for URL. My first question, how can I set up Voluum here? My second question, it asks for CPC, I have never done an campaign with CPC, what should I put there. The app is a android game and conversion is 0.25 (non.us). Should I put 0.01? Select targeting is pretty self explanatory but the question I have is how can I target specific apps, in spying I saw certain apps that had long duration etc. I would like to target those apps?

Admob is Google, and mainly where app developers promote their apps. Did you create the app? On another note, be very careful direct linking to apps on Google, as thats an easy way to ban city.
