Need Help - How to check if the link from Affiliate Network is working?

Anyone can help and give me tips on how to check whether the link is working or broken.

What i did is take the link from Affiliate Network then i tried to go though that link, but it doesn't get redirect to Google Play Store (where it supposed to be).

What i have done so far :
1. I checked the link using my Android Mobile Phone, but it stopped and doesn't do anything on that page (both WiFi & Mobile)
2. I checked using my notebook same, doesn't get redirect
3. I checked using HMA and choose to the target GEO, but still the link does get me redirect to Google Play Store

And also, to do another test, i have checked the other offers and take the link. But others is fine, the link is redirected to Google Play Store.

Is that mean the link to my current offer is broken? if yes, how to convince it to the Affiliate Network?

If you'd PM me your link, I could test it for you if you like!

If that doesn't work - your only other alternative would be to ask your AM to trigger a conversion for you.

May I ask which affiliate network this is for?

Are you sure you are working in ways that *should* work? GEO, devices op systems, other restrictions?

If so, contact your AM and talk to him about it. You dont need to convince him, just see what he says. If he doesnt know for sure, he needs to check. Ask him if there are conversions on that offer in the last few days (Today will be the best way to make sure of course).

I think yes, i'm quite sure it doesn't work, i have tried to open the link by myself but it doesn't redirect me to Google Play Store, luckily i just sent $5 to mobile traffic source.

I contacted my AM this morning my local time, but he doesn't reply my message again, i'm still waiting the confirmation before i run again my campaign.

I'm working with MundoMedia and also NeverBlue, tried both, but no luck.

You tried to open the same offer from two different networks but it doesnt work from neither?

Yeah Oran you find that strange too right? I tried opening both on my Android phone repeatedly - both resulted in blank pages. This leads me to believe that the offer is either no longer available, or there's a problem at the source with the advertiser's redirect - which breaks the chain of redirects required to get to the playstore.

@Rio - please do update us if you find out anything from your AMs. Would be interesting to find out what's going on.

Ok Amy, i will update this thread.

For the latest info from my AM (MundoMedia), he and his team currently working and testing the pixel, they said that the tracker is not problem since stats going normal.

And from NeverBlue, i haven't heard anything from them, i already sent email about this problem yesterday.
