Looking for a Kajabi alternative

Hey!

I contacted Kajabi 5 times in the last 5 days and I do not get an answer! I thought there was a problem with my email address or theirs so I tried with different addresses for both sides. This is unbelievable! I want to give them $99 a month and they just don't answer!

Does anyone here can suggest an alternative? This is for a membership site. The site must have a section with modules and a section with a forum.

I tried ValueAddon because it is possible to embed a forum but the forum don't displayed well, space is not wide enough.

I looked at aMember Pro but it is too technical for me. I am looking for a simple and fast solution and, if possible, other than something made or using WordPress.

Thanks!

Is something Wordpress based totally off the table? If not, membermouse is a great plugin to use. https://membermouse.com/

Didn't know about it - seems really good.

Is something like aMember (used here) usable on content-delivery memberships?

Digital Access Pass gets my vote. Really great membership site tools. Wordpress based, no monthly fee.

Maybe I'm wrong but my concern with WordPress is security. Every update brings the risk of the site being hacked. I built few sites with WordPress and there are many hackers who attempt to access the site every week.

Obviously, one time payment is the best but the advantage I see with Kajabi and similar sites is that site is hosted and I will not have to worry about security. But, as I said, maybe I'm wrong...

Clickfunnels.com has a good member management module.

Wishlist is a decent option.

Kajabi? Seriously? A platform run by affiliates for affiliates, where your membership data is viewable on the back end by administrators, what could possibly go wring?

Kajabi what my 1st choice but, as I explained, problem is that they don't answer to my emails (sent from 2 different addresses and at 3 Kajabi e-mail addresses). I don't know where is the problem but I want to take action now and if I can't get an answer now, what will happen later if there is a problem and I need help from them? So, I'm looking for an alternative.

+1 for MemberMouse on WordPress -- Have developed a few of these for clients and they're great!

I'm in love with Clickfunnels. There is so much you can do with it, and it continues to get better and better.

Update: It took close to 2 weeks but the problem is solved!

Kajabi has issues with some Internet suppliers in Canada. Finally, we have been able to communicate together and they have been very helpful. So, for now I'm with Kajabi but I take notes of the suggestions here.
